Professional-Grade PVC Soffit Board Panels

Classic Exterior Soffit Color & Curb Appeal

Transform your home’s exterior with professional PVC vinyl soffit panels engineered for optimal attic ventilation, moisture control, and all-weather performance. Our continuous soffit vent design delivers the net free area your roof system needs to breathe, paired with a clean look that elevates any exterior. Our two-layer soffit system is a high-quality soffit vent solution that performs season after season.

Why Choose Our PVC Soffit System?

Often overlooked, the soffit does real work for your roof, protecting the underside of the roof edge while moving air through the eaves. A quality soffit board keeps the attic breathing, holds moisture out of the roofline, and finishes the transition between your wall and fascia board with a clean look. The Standard Panel handles all of these soffit applications in one low-maintenance product.

Each panel measures 6 ft by 1 ft and weighs about 4.6 lbs, so a single installer can move and set panels without special equipment. Vented options carry built-in perforations for continuous airflow, while non-vented panels give you a solid face for areas that do not need ventilation. Matching accessories are available in every traditional color, so your soffit, trim piece, and channels stay consistent across the whole roof edge.

What Makes Us Different:

We’re the only manufacturer using this two-layer PVC technology, delivering a low-maintenance soffit board with a clean finish and professional-grade performance. The thickness of the Worthouse® Soffit is approximately 1.1 mm, up to 15% thicker than competitive products, which adds weather resistance and impact strength to every panel.

Our unique perforation system delivers steady vent area across each vented panel while acting as a built-in screen that protects against insects, rodents, and birds infiltrating under the roof covering.

Key Benefits At a Glance:

  • Steady soffit ventilation for balanced attic airflow when paired with a ridge vent (vented option)
  • Generous vent area per panel to help meet ventilation needs and local building codes
  • Low-profile design that complements any exterior wall or fascia board detail
  • Built-in screen perforations for pest prevention
  • Resistant to corrosion, fungi, and mold
  • Easy installation with matching accessories in every traditional color for a seamless, clean look

Classic Color With None of the Upkeep

Clean, Traditional Finish

Worthouse traditional-color soffit panels deliver a smooth, solid finish that suits classic and contemporary exteriors alike. The color runs through a dedicated outer layer built for long-term color retention, so the panel holds its appearance without painting or sealing.

Available traditional color finishes include:

  • White
  • Brown
  • Dark Brown
  • Graphite
  • Black

These finishes give you a coordinated exterior soffit and a matching accessory set, removing the upkeep that comes with painted wood soffits.

Superior Dual-Layer PVC Construction

Built for Strength and Long-Term Performance

Worthouse Standard Panel soffit boards feature an exclusive dual-layer PVC construction system:

  • Inner structural layer for strength
  • Exterior color layer for finish retention and weather resistance

This engineered two-layer design improves strength and moisture resistance while keeping a clean traditional finish across every panel. Unlike a thin hollow soffit board, the Standard Panel uses a solid two-layer build with interlocking long edges for added rigidity and a tight, even fit along each run.

Additional Performance Benefits

  • Up to 15% thicker than many competing soffit products
  • Resistant to moisture and fungi
  • Designed for long-term exterior exposure
  • Lightweight installation system
  • Low-maintenance ownership

The Soffit Serves a Dual Role — Protective and Aesthetic

Worthouse PVC soffit panels deliver reliable protection against strong winds, moisture, and pest intrusion while promoting steady airflow through the eaves. Paired with your ridge vent and exhaust vent system, vented panels help stabilize attic temperatures, reduce cooling costs, and guard against heat loss in winter, where PVC’s low thermal conductivity works in your favor.

Unlike aluminum or fiber cement options that can dent, corrode, or need repainting, our soffit material is engineered for long-term performance with minimal upkeep. Proper perforation provides steady ventilation across every vented panel, supporting a healthy, balanced roof system.

Available in Ventilated and Non-Ventilated panel options with a complete set of matching accessories to finish every inside corner, outside corner, J-channel, and starter run in your chosen traditional color.

Upgrade your home’s exterior with Worthouse PVC Soffit panels and enjoy a seamless, polished look, engineered to the same standards as the Worthouse metal roofing system and its total system warranty. Order now and experience the difference for yourself.

*Maintenance & Storage Information: When cleaning the soffits, avoid harsh chemicals. Wipe down with a dry cloth or use mild soap and water. This product is designed for shaded areas and indirect exposure, and is not recommended for direct sun, so store panels in the shade prior

Most building codes call for a minimum of 1 square inch of net free area per 150 square inches of attic floor space, or a 1:300 ratio when paired with a balanced ridge vent system. Our vented Standard Panels provide ample free area per linear foot, which makes it easier to reach the required vent area for your project. For exact figures, we recommend consulting a certified installer.

A vented soffit panel has built-in perforations that let air flow into the attic, working with your ridge vent to create continuous soffit ventilation. A non-vented panel has a solid face and is typically used where airflow is not needed, such as porch ceilings or sections already served by other exhaust vents. Most homes use a mix of both.

The Standard Panel is available in five traditional colors: White, Brown, Dark Brown, Graphite, and Black. All necessary accessories, including channels and trim pieces, are available in the same colors, so your soffit board and trim stay consistent across the entire roof edge.

They solve different jobs. Exterior gypsum soffit board, cement board soffit, and concrete soffit are rigid soffit substrate products built for commercial and fire-rated work. A product such as Clima RedBoard Pro soffit board uses a non-combustible gypsum core and carries a Type X or Type C fire rating for fire-rated assemblies, including roof-ceiling assembly designs, and is typically taped and finished with joint compound.

Exterior soffit wallboard, along with phenolic insulation and soffit insulation board options from a DEFS manufacturer, are chosen mainly for fire resistance and low thermal conductivity. The Worthouse Standard Panel is not a fire-rated soffit board or a gypsum board. It is a low-maintenance PVC vinyl soffit for residential and light exterior soffit applications, so if your project requires a documented fire rating or a non-combustible gypsum core, a gypsum board or cement board soffit is the correct choice.

Each 6 ft panel weighs only about 4.6 lbs, so many DIY homeowners handle straightforward soffit runs successfully. For complex rooflines, cutting around bath fan or dryer vent terminations, or integrating with your ridge vent, we recommend a certified installer or roofing contractor for code-compliant results. Have a technical question about fit or ventilation? Our team is glad to help before you order.

Unlike aluminum, our PVC soffit panels will not dent, corrode, or chalk over time. Unlike fiber cement, they will not absorb moisture or need repainting. The two-layer PVC construction resists fungi and mold, holds its color, and keeps a clean look for years with low maintenance.
